The location of Hotel Massena shines. A quick walk to the Madeleine metro station made my daily adventures a breeze. I cherished the clean room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a decent size, and the shower had strong water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delightful options each morning. I did notice the room size was quite compact, making it feel a bit cramped at times. Noise from the street was also present, especially during daytime, but it didn’t significantly impact my sleep. I faced a minor inconvenience during check-out, as I had to wait a bit longer than expected. Still, the overall charm and service made it a worthwhile stay.

I stayed in a double room for 4 nights and it was super comfy! The bed was really nice, and I had a spacious bathroom which was a total win. Location-wise, easy access to public transport which was perfect for sightseeing. Some outlets were a bit scarce, but overall, I liked the charm of the hotel.

our stay at massena was fantastic! the location is super convenient, right next to the metro. we had a great room with excellent soundproofing, keeping it quiet despite being street-side. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and pastries, and the staff were very accommodating, even moving our room for us.

overall, i strongly recommend.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my 4-night stay as a solo traveler. The central location made exploring easy, and the staff were generally helpful. Remember to bring your own iron. rooms are cute but tight on space! A tip, secure your key at check-in for convenience while exploring.

the location was amazin, super central and right by the metro, which made explorin the city so easy. our room was nicer than anticipated for the price, clean and comfy. the staff were really helpfull, especially the receptionist who answered all our questions. luggage storage was also a plus since we had a late flight. breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious and super reasonable!

but the wi-fi was kinda slow and dropped a lot, which was annoying. also, it got a bit noisy at nite if u kept the windows open.

the street-side room was quiet due to good soundproffing. the triple room was cramped.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful, with air conditioning and a fabulous monsoon shower. Breakfast was brilliant, especially with endless coffee and delicious pastries, but seating was a bit cramped during peak hours. I’d definitely choose this place again!
